I think I am going to attempt (key word here) to do weekly Wine & Dine Training updates - mostly to hold myself accountable. So here is my weekly fitness recap (hopefully you will get these nearly every week until the beginning of November). Note that until I get back from Pine Ridge at the end of next week fitness will be a bit strange - or not necessarily as strict and structured as I would like
Friday - July 12, 2013: Morning Run with Dakota
Saturday - July 13, 2013: 60 minute swim across whipple lake and back
Sunday - July 14, 2013: 18 mile bike ride
Monday - July 15, 2013: 45 minute run with Dakota
Tuesday - July 16, 2013: 40 minute swim at Lum park across the lake
Wednesday - July 17, 2013: 45 minute run with Dakota
Thursday - July 18, 2013: 4 mile run with Dakota
